He conducted and recorded all structural, plumbing, mechanical,

adopted construction codes and Project specification-compliant construction
by the General Contractor - Centex Commercial Div. and the issuance
of Certificate of Occupancy. He researched, documented and distributed
"correction notices" for non code/project specification-compliant
construction to the Architect, Engineers and GC. Additionally, he
worked with the Project Owner Representative Team in the design
and completion of new construction areas for Owner occupancy and
in the review/reply of Project Requests for Information (RFI's),
Change Orders (CO's) and Architectural Supplemental Instructions
(ASI). He Coordinated with the Project lead architect (Worth Group
- Denver CO.) and Engineer-of-Record on the re-design of Project
areas to meet revised Owner requirements, and performed all 'in-field'
Plan Check/Cost Analysis, operations required to support and verify
such changes.

The USAF awarded the Whiteman AFB Multi-Family Housing contract
in the amount of $32,961,858 to Parsons Evergreen in October 2003.
This contract consists of demolition of eight existing housing units,
and new construction of 168 housing unit development for senior
non-commissioned staff. The development is located at Whiteman AFB
near Warrensburg, Missouri. The project is scheduled to complete
March 2008. FullScope was retained to develop an as-built schedule,
assist in the filing and defense of a delay claim in excess of $3
million. The project schedule consisted of over 10,000 cost-loaded
activities.

The President of FullScope Project
Management, Inc. was part of the team that assisted the Owner, The
Walt Disney Concert Hall Foundation, with on-site Field Engineering
Services and Construction Administration. The $274 Million project
involved a most unique structure and architectural design by noted
Architect, Frank O. Gehry.

The County of Los Angeles will be adding
a new Community Center and Parking Structure to the existing Pathfinder
Community Park. The project includes tennis and basketball courts
on the roof of the parking structure and the new Community Center
has a multipurpose room, and meeting rooms. Since there were no
plans or specifications at this early stage, FullScope is tasked
with developing the initial Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate
from conceptual sketches, a model, and physical on-site inspections
and measurements.

As the City of Bellflower's Project Manager,
FullScope is coordinating the Contractor, its Subs, and other agencies,
including the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority,
Caltrans, and The County of LA, to mention a few. The project adds
a new 2.5 mile pedestrian and bike path, Landscaping, a large water
fountain, and other architectural appointments at the “Gateway”
(which is the major entrance of the pathway), marking the focal
point of the project. The entire project will eventually include
some five different cities. The Right-of-Way was purchased from
the Southern Pacific Railroad, and will ultimately be used for a
future transportation project.
