This current project consists of a three level, subterranean parking garage, a six story, 200-room 5 Diamond Destination Resort Hotel, a Celebrity Chief Restaurant, numerous high-end designer brand retail stores, up-scale Nightclub, a 'Sky Bar' with pool and cabanas on the 6th Floor of the Hotel, a Conference Centre including Ballroom, Meeting Rooms and Board Rooms and two Residential Towers containing Luxury Condominiums resplendent with Spa Amenities and Valet Parking.




FullScope's Vice President was the Tribal/Owner Construction Representative and Inspector-of-Record for the $287 million, 1,075,000 S.F. casino resort, with 273 luxury rooms and suites, a first-class 38,000 S.F. casino, Wendell's fine dining restaurant and lounge, retail space, sports bar, buffet, nightclubs, 40,000 square foot convention and entertainment center, BOH administrative offices, indoor pool and spa, a fully-equipped workout facility, 1,500 space parking garage, and a 18 hole Ted Robinson designed golf course.

He conducted and recorded all structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, accessibility and final inspections to ensure Tribal adopted construction codes and Project specification-compliant construction by the General Contractor - Centex Commercial Div. and the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy. He researched, documented and distributed "correction notices" for non code/project specification-compliant construction to the Architect, Engineers and GC. Additionally, he worked with the Project Owner Representative Team in the design and completion of new construction areas for Owner occupancy and in the review/reply of Project Requests for Information (RFI's), Change Orders (CO's) and Architectural Supplemental Instructions (ASI). He Coordinated with the Project lead architect (Worth Group - Denver CO.) and Engineer-of-Record on the re-design of Project areas to meet revised Owner requirements, and performed all 'in-field' Plan Check/Cost Analysis, operations required to support and verify such changes.




FullScope, Project Management, Inc. (FullScope) is currently providing Construction Project Management Services on the above $180 million development for the Cascades Partners Properties LLC. The project includes 715-unit Townhomes Villas by KB Homes, 230 high-end apartments, an 18-hole golf course, and a fine dinning restaurant, banquet facility, fitness center, village market, and a fire station.




FullScope's Vice President was the Tribal/Owner Construction Representative and Inspector-of-Record for the $175 million, 420,000 square foot project, which included 120 hotel rooms and suites, casino, three themed restaurants, buffet, new Tribal offices, BOH administration offices, one potable water, one waste water treatment plant, back-up electrical generation plant, and associated facilities.

He managed compliance with all building codes and conducted and recorded all structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, grading, civil, accessibility, and final inspections to ensure code compliance and issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. He was responsible for management and forward scheduling of all structural steel welding, high strength bolting, earthwork compaction, concrete compressive strength testing, concrete post tensioning and structural steel coupon testing, required to support the Project's development. He was also responsible for management of the Special Inspection program, reporting to Caltrans, for public roadway improvements to State Hwy 41. He Conducted in-field plan review of the Owner requested changes, expansions, and additions to the Project program and coordinated/reviewed findings with the project design team. He prepared weekly and monthly construction progress reports, including the identification of relevant construction issues. He managed the Project Owner Representative Team response to General Contractor RFI's.




The USAF awarded the Whiteman AFB Multi-Family Housing contract in the amount of $32,961,858 to Parsons Evergreen in October 2003. This contract consists of demolition of eight existing housing units, and new construction of 168 housing unit development for senior non-commissioned staff. The development is located at Whiteman AFB near Warrensburg, Missouri.The project is scheduled to complete March 2008. FullScope was retained to develop an as-built schedule, assist in the filing and defense of a delay claim in excess of $3 million. The project schedule consisted of over 10,000 cost-loaded activities.





The President of FullScope Project Management, Inc. was part of the team that assisted the Owner, The Walt Disney Concert Hall Foundation, with on-site Field Engineering Services and Construction Administration. The $274 Million project involved a most unique structure and architectural design by noted Architect, Frank O. Gehry.




The County of Los Angeles will be adding a new Community Center and Parking Structure to the existing Pathfinder Community Park. The project includes tennis and basketball courts on the roof of the parking structure and the new Community Center has a multipurpose room, and meeting rooms. Since there were no plans or specifications at this early stage, FullScope is tasked with developing the initial Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate from conceptual sketches, a model, and physical on-site inspections and measurements.




As the City of Bellflower's Project Manager, FullScope is coordinating the Contractor, its Subs, and other agencies, including the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Caltrans, and The County of LA, to mention a few. The project adds a new 2.5 mile pedestrian and bike path, Landscaping, a large water fountain, and other architectural appointments at the “Gateway” (which is the major entrance of the pathway), marking the focal point of the project. The entire project will eventually include some five different cities. The Right-of-Way was purchased from the Southern Pacific Railroad, and will ultimately be used for a future transportation project.
